CCIE Voice or Collaboration Lab Exam:
The Cisco CCIE Voice or Collaboration lab exam is an eight-hour, hands-on exam which would be requiring the candidates to configure and troubleshoot a series of complex scenarios related to the network. The candidates are going to have an understanding about how the network and service components are going to interoperate, and how the functional requirements translate into specific configurations device. Knowledge of troubleshooting is to be considered as an important skill and candidates are expected to diagnose and solve the issues related to the part of the CCIE Collaboration lab exam. Lab Exam Format

Module 2: Diagnostics
The new Diagnostic module is now consisting of 60 minutes in length, which would focus on the skills required to properly diagnose issues in a collaboration network, without having access to actual collaboration network devices and applications.
While these diagnostic activities are going to naturally be a part of overall troubleshooting skills, they would have been designed as a separate lab module because the format of the items is considered to be significantly different. In the Troubleshooting, the candidate is expected to have to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on actual collaboration network devices and applications.
The Diagnostic module does not actually provide the access to any devices or applications; rather, it would be providing the candidate with a set of documentation that would be representing a snapshot of a realistic situation that might present itself at a given point in time to a collaboration engineer in process of investigation. As for example, a support engineer might need to provide the root cause analysis to the clients, or help a colleague who is going to get stuck in a troubleshooting process; or summarize transpired investigation steps.
Within the Diagnostic module, the items are going to be presented in a format that is basically similar to that of the written exam. It would be including:

Module 3: Configuration
